What is a credit?
1 credit = $0.01 (one US cent) of AI usage. Each agent response is priced from its actual token usage and deducted from your space's balance — you can see every deduction in the credit ledger.
What happens when a space runs out of credits?
The AI hats pause and the Maître d' lets the room know. Human chat keeps working normally. Upgrade to Pro to refill.
Do Pro credits roll over?
No — your balance resets to 2,500 credits at the start of each billing period. 2,500 credits is roughly a full month of active team thinking.
Is billing per user?
No. Billing is per space, with unlimited members and convos. Invite your whole team at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel in the Stripe billing portal from your space's billing page. Your space drops back to the trial plan and keeps its remaining credits.
